Our Founder

Carol L. Hamler was born in Brooklyn, NY. She retired from the City of New York Housing Preservation and Development after 17 years and holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Hunter College. Carol relocated to South Carolina, is currently a Notary, and is passionate about real estate.

Above all, community service plays an integral role in Carol's life. She has always made herself available to serve and even donated blood over ten times to help save lives. She now volunteers with Harvest Hope Food Bank and participates in a woman empowerment group called Exhale Columbia.
